The pacotizing® blade "Gold-PLUS" has the new, revolutionary blade locking system. This ensures that the "Gold-PLUS" pacotizing® blade is securely anchored, even with repeated pacotizing®. The blade may be easily removed for cleaning.
The "Gold-PLUS" pacotizing® blade is hardened with Titanium - nitride and can only be used with the Pacojet 2 PLUS.
The Pacojet 2 PLUS takes pacotizing® to a whole new level. Thanks to the new programmable automatic repeat function, recipes can be pacotized® up to 9 times without releasing the over pressure inbetween repetitions – saving you valuable time.
