We are pleased to announce that the majority shareholders of Southern Hospitality have received an offer to purchase Southern Hospitality from ECF Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. Subject to the conditions being met, it is expected that the completion of the sale will be in early 2023.

The purchaser is Reward Supply Co Pty Ltd, Reward is owned by ECF Asia Pacific Pty Ltd. Reward has sites in every Australian state and territory and the acquisition of Southern Hospitality further solidifies ECF’s position as Asia Pacific’s leading hospitality supplier. 

We are confident the acquisition will deliver benefits to our customers and confirms ECF’s commitment of being the distributor, employer, and supplier of choice in Asia Pacific. The importance of maintaining local representation is essential to success and is something ECF Asia Pacific is committed to.
