Warehouse Shutdown & System Upgrade

At Southern Hospitality, we're committed to continually improving how we serve our customers. As part of this commitment, we're investing in a major upgrade of our core business systems - a significant milestone that will help strengthen our operations and support the next stage of growth for our business.

To allow this upgrade to take place, our operations will be temporarily paused from Thursday 30 July, with normal operations scheduled to resume on Monday 3 August.

What Customers Need to Know

To ensure orders are dispatched before the temporary closure, customers are encouraged to place any required orders before the shutdown period. Orders should be submitted by 5pm Wednesday 29 July to allow sufficient time for processing and dispatch prior to the pause in operations.

Key Dates

  • Order deadline: 5pm Wednesday 29 July
  • Temporary warehouse and operations shutdown: Thursday 30 July – Sunday 2 August
  • Operations resume: Monday 3 August

While our online store will remain available during this period, any orders placed during the shutdown will be processed and dispatched once operations recommence.
