Freight Update: What It Means for Your Orders from 1 April 2026

Freight Update: What This Means for Your Orders

From 1 April 2026, we’re introducing an update to how freight charges are calculated and applied to online orders across New Zealand.

Due to continued increases in freight costs across New Zealand, particularly driven by rising fuel adjustment factors, we have made some necessary adjustments to ensure we can continue to provide reliable and timely delivery services.

What’s Changing

To maintain service standards, the following updates will apply to all online orders:

  • Free freight threshold will increase to $200 (ex GST)
  • Orders under $200 will incur a flat freight fee of $15.00 (ex GST)

Full details are available on our terms and conditions page.

Why the Update Matters

Freight costs have continued to rise, driven largely by fuel adjustment factors and broader logistics pressures. Rather than reduce service levels, we’ve chosen to adjust our pricing structure to protect:

  • Consistent delivery timeframes across regions
  • Reliable nationwide coverage, including regional areas
  • Operational efficiency that supports your day-to-day service

These changes allow us to maintain the service levels you expect, including consistent delivery timeframes and nationwide coverage.

We’re Here to Support You

We understand that changes like these may require some adjustment and we want to assure you that we're here to support you every step of the way.
