Product Description
This Pro.cooker Clear Polycarbonate GN 1/2 Food Pan is 265mm x 325mm. It is available in 4 depths: 65mm (3.91L), 100mm (5.92L), 150mm (9.0L) and 200mm. It is suited to gastronorm pan applications such as bain maries, ovens, food service equipment and more. A clear cover (HJ17), a drain grid (HJ51), and the black version (HJ19) are sold under their respective code (listed in the brackets).
It is suitable for temperatures -40°C to 150°C. The pan is marked with the date of manufacture, model code and temperature range.
