Delta Clear Polycarbonate GN 1/6 Food Pan

This Delta Clear Polycarbonate GN 1/6 Food Pan is 162mm x 176mm. It is available in 3 depths: 65mm (1.0L), 100mm (1.53L), 150mm (2.3L). It is suited to gastronorm pan applications such as bain maries, ovens, food service equipment and more. A clear cover (HJ36), a drain grid (HJ53), and the black version (HJ40) are sold under their respective code (listed in the brackets).

It is suitable for temperatures -40°C to 150°C. The pan is marked with the date of manufacture, model code and temperature range.
