Product Description

These Pro.cooker Black Polycarbonate GN 1/3 Food Pan are ideal for storing a variety of food in your kitchen and food serving area. The strong black polycarbonate is lightweight but long-lasting and strong. The dimensions are 325mm x 176mm and is available in 2 depths - 100mm is 3.4L and 150mm is 5.3L. It is suited to other gastronorm pan applications such as bain maries, ovens, food service equipment and more. We have a number of suitable accessories including the clear polycarbonate cover HJ24, a drain grid HJ52), and a clear polycarbonate version Gastronorm range HJ26 if this is your preference.

It is suitable for temperatures -40°C to 150°C. The pan is marked with: date of manufacture, model code and temperature range.
