The Winston LP56C Electric Pressure Fryer is designed to deliver consistently perfectly fried food with minimal effort. Equipped with advanced Collectramatic® technology, this fryer features an 8-channel processor control and patented cold zone that ensures extended oil life, reduced flavour transfer, and evenly cooked products.

Built with high-grade stainless steel, it provides durability and long-term reliability, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens. With easy-to-use controls, programmable cook cycles, and capacity for up to 8.2 Kg of food, the LP56C maximizes efficiency and streamlines operations while maintaining superior food quality.
