This Turbofan P10M Manual Electric Prover And Holding Cabinet is the perfect addition to your commercial kitchen! With a 10 x 1/1 GN Gastronorm pan capacity and 74mm tray spacing, this cabinet is compact with a width of only 610mm.

The P10M is designed with your convenience in mind, featuring a 10A plug-in cord set and full double-skin construction. An auto-fill water system with an optional integrated water filter kit ensures that the cabinet is always filled with the necessary water for your cooking needs. The low-velocity circulation fan system and mechanical thermostat with a range of 20-85°C allow you to easily control the temperature and humidity levels.

The P10M is also built for durability, with a 304 stainless steel interior cabinet, stainless steel front, sides and top exterior, and stainless steel interior side racks.
