The Turbofan E30M3 Manual Electric Convection Oven offers a 3 Gastronorm GN 1/1 pan capacity and 100mm tray spacing, making it ideal for busy kitchens with limited space. Equipped with a mechanical thermostat ranging from 50-260°C and 2.2kW heating elements, this oven ensures consistent cooking results every time. The 60-minute timer with a time-up alarm ensures your dishes are cooked to perfection, and the single-direction low-velocity fan guarantees even heat distribution.

The oven is constructed with a vitreous enamel fully welded chamber, stainless steel front, sides and top exterior, and a stainless steel oven fan baffle and oven vent. Additionally, it features a Safe-Touch vented side hinged door (with optional RH hinge), a Stay-Cool door handle, and a halogen oven lamp. Cleaning is made easy with stainless steel top and side exterior panels, a vitreous enamel oven chamber, fully removable stainless steel oven side racks, and a removable plug-in oven door seal. The 76mm high adjustable stainless steel feet provide easy access to the underside.

With 3 oven wire racks supplied and 100% recyclable packaging, the Turbofan E30M3 Manual Electric Convection Oven is not only efficient and reliable but also environmentally friendly. Electrical requirements are 230-240V, 50Hz, 1P+N+E, 2.3kW, 9.5A, and it comes with a 10A plug-in cord set fitted.
