Directions:
- Fill clean sink with warm to hot water.
- Apply to 10‐15mls to a normal 5‐10 litre water volume, adding more if required for very fatty dishes.
- Manually wash utensils, crockery, cutlery and all kitchenware.
- Stand to dry.
- Items may be rinsed or additionally sanitised if specified by operational procedures.
