Proving Basket Round: 22cm
Recommended Dough Weight: 1000 grams
Material: Rattan Cane, Cotton Cloth
Care instructions as follows:
- Store in Dry area upside down with plenty of air flow.
- Do not stack on one another for storage.
- Remove Cloth and wash in soapy water and allow to dry fully before next use as required.
- Clean the basket by removing the cloth and proceed to clear away all flour with a stiff brush. If they need to be washed only hand wash. Allow to completely dry prior to next use.
- Do not use it if there are signs of mould. Ensure the baskets are fully cleaned to remove any signs of mould if improper care has occurred.
