Pizza University 2016

Southern Hospitality had the pleasure of bringing the prestigious Pizza University to New Zealand for the second time. Pizza University is an Italy-based professional training school specialising in gourmet pizza creation and education. Southern Hospitality was joined by the brilliant Alessandro Lo Stocco: Corporate Chef and Project Manager of Pizza University with a wealth of experience in the world of gourmet pizza.

Joined by a large group of friends and customers at our Wellington branch Alessandro enlightened us on the art of gourmet pizza making. With the assistance of a pizza-specialised Moretti Forni oven, Alessandro imparted invaluable knowledge in a manner that even the newest of pizza newbies could understand. We thoroughly look forward to working with Alessandro Lo Stocco and Pizza University again in the future.
