Latte Art Throwdown

Cerebos Greggs and Otago university recently ran a Latte Art Throwdown and all the participants came from the Otago University retail outlets. The competition was held at Plaza cafe on Friday 11th August.

Southern Hospitality was proud to sponsor some prizes and Shane Gibson presided as one of the judges for the event. Goodman Fielder provided milk for the event, and Cerebos Gregg's provided the coffee and the know-how.

Peter Molteno took 1st place, Isabel Laing took 2nd place and Max Huang took 3rd place. All three winners were from St David Cafe. You can see a jubliant Peter and Max in the photos below.

Southern Hospitality gave away some very expensive Deltapro chef's knives for the winners as well as some aprons for spot prizes.
