Holiday Season Update: Christmas Trading Hours

The festive season is nearly here, so here’s a quick update on our holiday hours to help you plan ahead.
Online Ordering 24/7
Our website is open around the clock. Browse, quote, and place orders whenever it suits your schedule, even on public holidays.
Showrooms
Our Auckland and Christchurch showrooms will close at 4pm on Wednesday 24 December and reopen at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 7 January. The team will be taking a short break to reset for the new year.
Customer Contact Centre
We’re available throughout the holiday period, except on Christmas Day (25th Dec), Boxing Day (26th Dec), and New Year’s Day (1st and 2nd Jan). Call us on 0800 503 335 or email the team during normal operating hours.
Distribution Centres
Our distribution centres will dispatch orders on normal working days, except for public holidays. Please be aware that there might be some delays in delivery due to high order volumes and courier availability.
