Nemco Easy Slicer Vegetable Slicer is designed to make fast, consistent work of slicing most fruits and vegetables. Ideal for busy prep areas, this versatile slicer features an adjustable stainless steel blade, allowing you to set slice thickness from 1/16" to 1/2" for total control and consistency.

The Easy Slicer for Subway delivers quick, reliable results with a simple thumbscrew adjustment and easy-to-read calibrated gauge, helping maintain accurate portion sizes every time. Compact, portable, and easy to use, it’s built for efficiency without taking up valuable bench space.

For added stability, use with the Nemco mounting base HNM10 (sold separately), providing a secure workstation and allowing easy removal for cleaning and storage. Fixed-cut models and optional shredding plates are also available for added flexibility.
