Data Hold, Max and Min operation:

• Press (Mode) once the “Hold” will be shown on display
• Press (Mode) once more the “Max” will be shown on display
• Press (Mode) once again the “Min” will be shown on display
• Press (Mode) more again to return to normal display
• To clear the temperature memory , press (Mode) to Max or Min and Hold 4 seconds.
