This Pro.cooker Clear Polycarbonate GN 1/4 Food Pan is 162mm x 265mm. It is available in 3 depths: 65mm (1.7L), 10mm (2.4L), 150mm (3.8L). It is suited to gastronorm pan applications such as bain maries, ovens, food service equipment and more. A clear cover (HJ32) is available here.
It is suitable for temperatures -40°C to 150°C. The pan is marked with: date of manufacture, model code and temperature range.
