Product Description
This Pro.cooker Clear Polycarbonate GN 1/1 Food Pan is 530mm x 325mm. It is available in 4 depths: 65mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. It is suited to gastronorm pan applications such as bain maries, ovens, food service equipment and more. A cover and a drain grid for the 1/1 size pan are sold separately.
It is suitable for temperatures -40°C to 150°C. The pan is marked with the date of manufacture, model code and temperature range.
