STAINLESS STEEL SPINE WALLS
Project Stainless Spine Walls are manufactured in a robust design, are quick to assemble and vermin proof.
Project Stainless Spine Walls are a concept design that began with our Australian team as a way to eliminate vermin from the traditional timber frames built for bar walls.
Using laser cutting technology, Project Stainless is able to offer a kit-set design which is not only vermin proof but a very robust design and quick to assemble. We have utilised the spine walls into a number of large bars already in the Australian market. They are very adaptable to the curved bars which are a popular design, whereas typical timber frames can be a little more time consuming.
Project Stainless can manufacture spine walls to suit your design.
It became apparent quite quickly that the design of the Project Stainless Spine Walls was of a huge benefit to other trades on site, after our install, significant time can be saved when running services and beer font lines as there is no need to cut out service points as you would with traditional timber frames. This time saved for other trades could be reflected in install costs.
The spine walls have been designed at two standard widths, 100mm wide and 200mm wide, the standard height is 1050mm, however we are flexible with the design and can laser cut to suit preferred dimensions. Decorative panels can also be easily attached to the spine walls allowing for a unique bar design.
We can offer the option of cantilever brackets to support stone and joinery servery tops.
