This Columbit French Stick Tray has been New Zealand's standard tray for decades, the perfect tool for baking french sticks, cheese sticks, and Baguettes. Made from durable Aluminised Steel, and welded with a 3mm diameter perforation for easy cleaning and heat distribution. The perforated surface allows air to circulate freely around the dough, creating a light, airy interior and a crisp, golden-brown crust.
