The Turbofan EC40T40 Tray Touch Electric Combi Oven is a high-capacity, electric direct steam oven engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, offering unmatched versatility, precision, and performance. With a massive tray capacity and heating power, it’s ideal for large-scale food production in hotels, restaurants, and catering operations. This combi oven features three manual cooking modes: convection, steam, and combi with boosted preheating up to 320°C and advanced systems like Fast-Dry Boosted® for rapid dehumidification, Autoclima® for automatic climate control, and ECOVAPOR for steam saturation management. The MULTILEVEL PLUS and Just-in-Time (JIT) functions optimise workflow by allowing simultaneous cooking and synchronised dish completion. A 10-inch capacitive LCD touchscreen offers intuitive control, programmable recipes, and access to the ICS (Interactive Cooking System) for automatic cooking with preset recipes. Cleaning is simplified with the Vapour Cleaning System (VCS) and Wash Management System (WMS), offering 7 automatic wash programmes and reduced detergent usage. Includes Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, a core temperature probe, and a triple-action water filter, making it a reliable and intelligent centrepiece for any professional kitchen.
