The Bongard 8.84 E is a high-capacity rotating rack oven designed for professional bakeries and pastry kitchens. Compatible with multiple tray formats including 800×800 mm, 700×900 mm, 1000×600 mm, and 2×460×660 mm, it delivers exceptional baking performance with up to 190 baguettes (250 g) across 19 levels. Featuring INTUITIV’2 touchscreen control with Bongard Connect, it offers smart baking management, remote access, and enhanced productivity in a compact footprint.
