The Bongard 8.84E is a high-capacity electric rotating rack oven designed for professional bakeries, pastry shops, and catering operations. Engineered with Bongard’s latest “soft flow” ventilation technology and ESG steam generation system, it delivers consistent baking results with enhanced productivity and ergonomic design.
