Features

Induction Cooktop: With 4 x 5.0kW full-area induction zones with 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface this heat up quickly and precisely. Automatic pan detection optimises energy efficiency.

Convection Oven: With two fans and a thermostat that can be set between 50°C and 320°C, the oven provides even heat distribution, allowing for various cooking methods. It also includes 6.1kW heating elements for consistent cooking.

Durable Construction: With fully welded and vitreous enamelled liner and a heavy-duty stainless-steel exterior and galvanized steel chassis ensure durability and easy cleaning.

Dimensions and Capacity: With dimensions of 900mm width, 812mm depth, and 1085mm height, it fits well in any commercial kitchen.
