The Trueheat RC Series 2 Burner and Griddle Combination Cooktop is the perfect addition to the intimate cafe short on space or the large commercial kitchen needing more cooktops. Two powerful 24MJ/hr open burners feature individual standing pilots and 100% flame failure controls to give you peace of mind. Durable cast iron burners and trivets are made flush for easy movement of heavy pots across the two burners.
The commercial hotplate is 16mm thick steel with a powerful cast iron H burner. Maximum heat retention and dispersal where you need it, in a small space. Trueheat’s modular design can mix and match a range of commercial appliances to suit your cafe, bar, or restaurant.
