Returns Policy
If you wish to return or exchange the item/s you have purchased you can do so up to 14 days after delivery, conditions stated below.
- The item/s must be unused and in the original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for a refund.
- A restocking fee of 10% or min of $20 will be applied if you have changed your mind or you no longer require the items.
- To arrange a refund or credit simply complete this form within 14 days of delivery or call 0800 503 335 to speak to our Customer Service Team.
Please choose carefully, some items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased from the "Equipment Clearance, Scratch and Dent or Ex-Display/ Demo" section of our website cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Special Order & Non-Stocked items like those Shipped From Supplier or Z prefix codes, cannot be returned or exchanged
Incorrectly supplied items – if we have accidentally supplied the wrong product to you we will supply the correct product (where it is available).
- The incorrectly supplied item/s must be unused and in it's original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for a refund.
