Southern Hospitality worked closely with Warren and Mahoney to deliver this new 4.5 Star local landmark for the Invercargill Licensing Trust. The Langlands speaks to modern luxury wrapped up in genuine Southern warmth.

With five eateries including a rooftop skybar, this seven storey, 78 room hotel will be the talk of the town. Offering a variety of food and beverage, the Southern Hospitality Project Team and The Langlands Team have put together a venue to showcase the region in style. Breakfast, Lunch, Tapas, Cocktails and Functions are all on the menu. From front-of-house to back-of-house this project also includes an impressive conveyor dishwasher and huge potwasher to assist with the labour shortages and make service and cleaning up as efficient as possible.

ZONE 1

Servicing the ground floor Brew’d and Two Doors Down is an impressive inventory of equipment to keep the busy coffee shop and separate bar well-serviced for both guests and public customers.
