Southern Hospitality was engaged by Chroma Group to deliver the hotel’s bar and café environments, spaces integral to both guest experience and operational efficiency.

The Brief

The brief focused on delivering high-performance equipment, seamlessly integrated with the architectural design, and finished to reflect the premium Hotel Indigo brand.

The Solution

Southern Hospitality delivered a tailored solution for the Hotel Indigo bar and café, supplying and integrating premium commercial kitchen and bar equipment alongside bespoke stainless-steel fabrication.

The fit-out included custom stainless solutions designed to suit the layout and workflow, Skope Prospec refrigeration (including purpose-built units), Liebherr wine refrigeration, and Starline dishwashers.

Each element was carefully specified to align with both the operational demands and the overall design intent of the space.
