Product Description

The Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Piano Whisk is manufactured with stainless spring steel wires designed not to twist while maintaining their original form. These wires are then heat moulded into the patented Exoglass® composite material providing a waterproof handle that is heat resistant up to 430ºF and prevents chefs from any burn or heat transfer. The Piano whisk's careful metalwork is sealed into the waterproof handle. The handle has a subtle texture to prevent slippage and like a good knife, this whisk is as comfortable as an extension of your own hand.
