This Leader Shelving by Essential Collections comes in a variety of lengths, listed below. It is designed for heavy duty usage. It is suited to chillers, freezers, showroom displays and dry storage areas.

This Leader EC Shelving comes in a variety of lengths complete with shelves, posts and sleeves. Leader EC wire shelving is designed for heavy duty usage.

• Availability: Because Leader EC silver grey shelving is so popular, we hold stocks of all shelf widths and lengths. That means you will rarely have to wait for the products you need.
• Capacity: Each heavy-duty shelf is reinforced with 4.8mm diameter wire. Dependent on size, each shelf can hold up to 400kg in weight; more than enough for every application
• Appearance: Leader EC silver grey finish is contemporary and stylish. It looks so good it can be sued in display locations whilst being practical enough for the back of house storage

Leader EC's Coating Process

These Leader EC shelves come in three depths: 300mm, 455mm & 610mm. There are all fixed to one height (4 tier) but come in differnt lengths. Please take this into account when buying individual shelves.

Note: The Leader EC shelving products need some assembly, they do not come preassembled. Helpful information to note before assembling:

• Shelves up to 1219mm in length can support an evenly distributed weight of 362kg
• Shelves up to 1371mm, 1524mm & 1828mm in length can support an evenly distributed weight of 272kg
• Shelving units should not exceed 1088kg as per set of four posts
• Large installations are easier if all posts are marked first. Lay posts of the floor with levelling bolts against a wall or straight edge. Mark all posts using a magic marker or grease pencil.
• For best performance:
  • Shelf sets over 1270mm high should be assembled with no less than 3 shelves - preferable 4 or more- and the bottom shelf should be placed as low as possible or practical
  • On mobile units with 457mm wide shelves, the overall post height should be no greater than 1880mm.
  • On mobile units with 610mm wide shelves, the overall post height should be no greater than 2184mm
