Care & Seasoning
- Remove mineral oil before first use with warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly
- Season with a thin film of vegetable oil in a pre-heated oven at 250°C for 50 minutes
- Preheat before cooking; avoid overheating to prevent buckling
- Rinse in hot water and dry completely after use; oil lightly for storage if needed
- Not dishwasher safe; avoid strong detergents
- Pan will develop a natural black patina with use
