Directions:

Dilution rates for CIP applications vary depending on soiling levels. 0.1—1% dilution rate will suit most applications. Increase dilution if required. Circulate for 15‐20 minutes. Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed. Before use, all edible product and packaging material must be removed form the room. After using this compound, food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
