The Convotherm Maxx Pro Combi Steamers is a top-of-the-line cooking appliance that offers a range of cooking methods, including steam, combi-steam, and convection, with automatic moisture and temperature control. The easyTouch user interface features a 10” TFT HiRes glass touch display with smooth-action scrolling and quick reaction time. The climate management system includes Natural Smart ClimateTM (ACS+), HumidityPro, and Crisp&Tasty features.
Quality management features include Airflow Management, BakePro, Multi-point core temperature probe, Preheat and cool down function, and energy-saving ecoCooking function. The production management system includes Automatic cooking with Press&Go, an integrated cookbook, TrayTimer, TrayView, HACCP data storage, a USB port, LT cooking (low-temperature cooking), Delta-T cooking, Cook&Hold, Autostart, and Regenerate+.
Cleaning management features include ConvoClean+ fully automatic cleaning system, quick access to individually created and saved cleaning profiles, a cleaning scheduler, and a FilterCare interface. The appliance also features HygieniCare safety measures, including antibacterial surfaces, Hygenic Steam Function, Hygienic Handles, and SteamDisinfect. The door handle has a safety latch and sure-shut function, and the appliance feet are adjustable from 10mm to 180mm.
