This Hayman Bain Marie unit with 3 units can be used either wet or dry with a thermostatically controlled tank. The Bain Marie tasks are made from 304 stainless steel, fully insulated and fitted with a rear-facing drain valve. Ideal for buffets, breakfast bars and hot and cold food. Fill with ice to display cold food like fruit and sushi.
