Care Instructions
For silicone-coated pans, no 'burning in' is required. Doing so may cause irreparable damage to the coating, resulting in poor release properties. Pans must be oiled before each and every use. PTFE-coated pans require oiling when new. Failure to oil new pans when first used will affect the life of the coating.
