This Delta Black Polycarbonate GN 1/6 Food Pan is 162mm x 176mm. It is available in 3 depths: 1.0L, 1.53L, 2.3L. It is suited to gastronorm pan applications such as bain maries, ovens, food service equipment and more. A clear cover (HJ36), a drain grid (HJ53), and the clear version (HJ38) are sold under thier respective code (listed in the brackets).
It is suitable for temperatures -40°C to 150°C. The pan is marked with: date of manufacture, model code and temperature range.
