This Turbofan G32D4 Digital Gas Convection Oven is a powerful and versatile addition to your commercial kitchen. With a compact width of 735mm, this oven boasts a 4 x 460mm x 660mm full-size sheet pan capacity and 4 x 600mm x 400mm tray capacity, making it the perfect choice for busy kitchens with limited space.

Featuring digital display Time and Temperature controls, this oven makes it easy to achieve precise cooking results every time. The large 20mm high displays make it easy to read the settings, and the electronic thermostat control ensures accurate temperature control.

With 20 programs and 3-stage cooking, this oven is perfect for a wide range of cooking applications. The moisture injection mode (with 5 levels) and manual injection make it easy to add moisture to your dishes, while the bi-directional reversing fan system ensures even cooking results.

Constructed with a vitreous enamel fully welded oven chamber and stainless steel front, sides and top exterior, this oven is built to last. The Safe-Touch vented side hinged door (standard LH hinge) and stay-cool door handle makes it safe and easy to use, while the vitreous enamel oven chamber and plug-in continuous oven door seal make cleaning a breeze.
