Rydges Lakeland Resort - Queenstown
Queenstown’s Rydges Lakeland Resort is located on the shores of the beautiful Lake Wakatipu, offering some of New Zealand’s most beloved natural scenery. Throughout 2016 Southern Hospitality took part in the hotel’s large refurbishment, working on Rydges’ new boutique design hotel with an additional 69 guest rooms.
Sofitel Hotel in Wellington is a recently completed 5-star hotel in the heart of Wellington’s CBD. Southern Hospitality was brought into the fold to fit out the hotel’s Jardin Grill Restaurant as well as their bar, The Green Room.
Porters Boutique Hotel
Southern Hospitality was approached via Project Design International to prepare working drawings for Porters Boutique Hotel, a 40-room boutique hotel with a restaurant, function spaces and room service.
Southern Hospitality’s SH Interiors team worked on the renovation of the Adina Apartment Hotel, located in the heart of Auckland’s CBD and overlooking Queen’s Wharf.
White + Wong's
Project Design International, part of the Southern Hospitality group, was presented with the task of designing an open kitchen for White + Wong’s with an appropriately modern Asian atmosphere.
Novotel New Plymouth
A flash, contemporary style hotel featuring a sleek, glass curtain wall design, Southern Hospitality is excited to have made our mark on this new Novotel hotel. Southern Hospitality was responsible for the fitout of the hotel kitchen and Governors Eatery + Bar.
NZ's First PappaRich
This project had it all... a theatre style kitchen, cabinetry, upholstery, steel, glass and stone. The design team incorporated specific workstations for different food lines into the long gallery open kitchen whilst incorporating local statutory requirements and services efficiencies.
NZMA Sylvia Park
Fully equipped with the latest facilities, NZMA Sylvia Park boasts brand new commercial kitchens, barista stations, a student-run café and spacious restaurant and bar training areas. Increased demand for NZMA’s programmes prompted the development of two new training kitchens stocked with the latest industry equipment.
Southern Hospitality was tasked with designing and developing the food service retail display offer and the latest new build of Fullers Ferry. This brief was very broad, leaving all aspects of food service, display, and interior design in the hands of our design team.
Auckland University - Owen Glenn Building
Southern Hospitality was approached to design and install a full kitchen fitout within an existing multi-story building. The kitchen design had to be planned around existing services, which had already been placed on site. We installed Brittania canopies, supplied custom Bain Maries and built cool and freezer rooms.
