Product Description
Adventys wok countertop induction burner is a simple, innovative and effective way to cook food induction style. Its light and compact make it easy to put on benchtops or tucked away in the corner of your commercial kitchen. This appliance is intended for wok cooking with a suitable pan (1 wok pan is offered with the purchase of this product). Adventys manufactures its own coils in the wok bowl format which adapt perfectly to the vitroceramic glass for a more homogeneous and precise cooking. Thanks to the stainless steel rim, the pan does not rest directly on the vitroceramic, which prevents any risk of breakage in the event of an impact. The power of 3000 or 3500W is perfectly distributed and controllable thanks to the integrated control panel with sensitive keys which has a power button and 2 power selection keys as well as a timer key which allows you to set a timer up to 99 minutes.

Induction Cooking
Induction cooking is the way of the future, many chefs recommend cooking induction because it cooks the vessel electrically by magnetic induction, instead of by radiation or thermal conduction from electrical heating elements. Induction cooking locks in flavour by heating food up faster and smoother. instantaneous heating leaves you with control over how your food is cooked.
