Product Description

Rotel is a unique variant of a traditional flat deck oven. Each oven chamber is independently controlled with variable temperature loading.

Rotel Deck Oven

The tray carriage rotates via a central vertical shaft passing over top and bottom static elements providing uniform chamber heat and eliminating the requirement to turn oven trays during the bake cycle (Eliminates hot spots associated with static ovens).

3 to 8 oven chambers are available with multiple configuration options. Stone sole baking can be fitted for sour dough applications.

*VTL – Immediately following completion of a bake programme the oven falls back to idle set point of 160 Celsius. When a new programme is selected the oven adjusts temperature to suit. This fall back saves wasted energy maintaining an empty oven.

Collects oven fumes from doors and from damper vent and ducts it into one central spigot. Significantly lower cost than inbuilt extraction canopies. Certified system by SEED  (AU/NZ regulatory system).
