Introducing the Turbofan P85M8 Prover/Holding Cabinet – the ultimate solution for high-performance baking! With a tray capacity of 8, measuring 406mm x 736mm, this full-size electric prover and holding cabinet are perfect for both fresh and frozen dough. It is designed to complement our new Turbofan E35 ovens and can be used individually or as part of a system with compatible 30 Series ovens to create your very own baking centre.

The P85M8 Prover/Holding Cabinet features a manual controller interface that provides simple and efficient access to high-performance power, with a mechanical thermostat for time and temperature settings. It also comes with a low-velocity circulation fan system and humidity level control, making it the perfect tool for accurate yeast activation and proving.

The stylish and durable exterior of this prover/holding cabinet is matched by its innovative interior, complete with an auto water fill system and optional integrated water filter kit. The cabinet also features dual halogen interior lamps and a cabinet temperature display thermometer, making it easy to monitor your baking progress.

The P85M8 Prover/Holding Cabinet is constructed with 304 stainless steel interior cabinets, stainless steel front, sides, and top exterior, as well as stainless steel interior side racks. The cabinet also comes with a side-hinged door (standard LH hinge) that can be converted to an RH hinge if needed. The full double-skin construction and continuous door seal ensure maximum insulation and energy efficiency.

Cleaning is also a breeze, with fully removable stainless steel rack support and a removable humidity water tank that requires no tools to remove.
