Terms and Conditions for Southern Hospitality’s ‘Overcome Your Winter Blues’ Competition:
1) This ‘Overcome Your Winter Blues’ prize draw is offered by Southern Hospitality Ltd (the promoter) in conjunction with WashtechLtd. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
2) Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years plus. Entry is limited to one entry per person.
3) To validly enter the ‘Overcome Your Winter Blues’ draw you must have purchased the pre-selected Starlinedishwasher/glasswasher from an authorised Southern Hospitality store during the Promotion Period. The Promotion Period is from the 1 August 2016 to 31 September 2016.
4) The ‘Overcome Your Winter Blues’ prize draw winner will win back the full amount paid to Southern Hospitality for a Starline dishwasher/glasswasher in the form of a credit or vouchers from Southern Hospitality –the original retail purchase invoice will need to be verified and the winner must make the invoice available for this purpose.
5) The price of installation and any dishwashing accessories such as racks, cutlery baskets, chemical or modular benching are not included.
6) The ‘Overcome Your Winter Blues’ prize draw winner agrees that the promoter may use their name, town, entry details and photograph for publicity purposes including but not restricted to public relations and marketing via internet, print and other appropriate mediums.
7) The prize draw will take place on 10 October 2016 by the promoter at 79 St Georges Bay Rd, Parnell, Auckland 1052.
8) The prize winner will be notified by e-mail or phone number provided, and must make contact with the promoter by return e-mail within seven days to claim their prize. Winners details will also be announced via applicable social media and/or on SouthernHospitality’s website www.southernhospitality.co.nz
9) In the event of a prize winner not claiming their prize within the required time limit or the purchase price not being verified,the prize will be forfeited. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new prize winner.
10) The prize is not transferable and is not exchangeable
11) The promotion is not open to employees and immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies, retail stockists, suppliers, agencies and printers involved with this promotion
12) The reimbursed price (clause 4 above) is the price charged by the retailer as shown by the verified invoice. The retailer’s priceany retailer terms and conditions of sale are solely determined by the retailer.
13) The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) To the extent permitted by the law, the promoter excludes any liability it may have arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition. No responsibility is taken for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
