Over the past 24 months Southern Hospitality Ltd has made dramatic improvements in our systems and procedures to bring about improvements in service and to be able to reduce costs.

The good news is that we have completed most of this work and are now able to pass the benefits on to you - our customers:

  • Improved service - we can now deliver to most parts of New Zealand next day. Our distribution centres in Tauranga and Christchurch process and dispatch over 95% of orders in full on the same day that we receive them. That means you receive your orders the next day.
  • We have negotiated improved buy prices from our overseas suppliers and freight forwarders and combined with greater internal efficiencies - so now we can lower our trade list prices.
  • Our website is in the process of being upgraded which will offer you real time on line ordering that will save you more time and money.
  • Having spent over $3 million on new software systems, training and a much more robust inventory forecasting system - we are rarely out of stock on standard items - we now deliver over 95% of our product range on time and in full.

  • On the 1st of March we will reduce our trade (list) prices by about 30% on average - some more than that.
