What

Barista or bartender, sommelier or mixologist, you know better than anyone that the last vital ingredient in any drink is presentation. When a serious bartender develops a new drink, they think long and hard about which glass will work best.

But what if you weren't limited to glasses that already exist? What if you could design yourown perfect glass, for your own signature cocktail? The Libbey Glassology Design Contest lets you do just that. And the winning glass will be taken into production to be sold all over the globe by Libbey.

How

You don't have to be a designer. Just inspired. We want to celebrate and utilize your expertise and insights as a practitioner who lives and breathes their mixology craft every day. But we realise you're not an industrial designer by training. So at the first stage, you simply have to upload a sketch, drawing or even video of your idea for a glass.

Who

The Glassology by Libbey Design contest is open to any bartender, barista, sommelier, mixologist or any other drinks specialist.
