Covid-19 Level 4 Alert

After the recent announcement from the NZ Government confirming COVID-19 Alert Level 4 will be taking effect March 25th, we would like to update you on the situation here at Southern Hospitality.

We will work to the Government guidelines to support these essential services and help keep people safe.

Alert Level 4 calls for essential services to be supported throughout this period. As a supplier of key products to essential areas such as NZ Defence Force, NZ Police, Healthcare, Food Manufacturing, Supermarkets and Aged Care Facilities throughout New Zealand, our distribution centres will run at minimum levels to support these customers.

How do we plan to support Essential services?

Ordering: Customer who are essential services can choose how they would like to order.

  1. Phone – you can contact your local representative on their mobile or call our customer service team on 0800 503 335.
  2. Email – orders can be emailed to orders@southernhospitality.co.nz
  3. Online – orders can be placed online where available stock can also be checked.
  4. Equipment Backup – if you require a spare part or your equipment requires urgent servicing our customer service team is available on 0800 503 335.

Showrooms: In accordance with the NZ government instructions for Alert Level 4 all stores are closed. This will remain in place whilst New Zealand remains at Alert Level 4.

Delivery: We have a small team available to dispatch items for essential services as required. Our delivery partners have indicated there will be some delays with logistics, the current indication are that 1-2 day delays should be expected.
