CONTAINER KITCHEN PROJECT
Utilizing a 40 foot standard shipping container, this full commercial kitchen incorporates stainless steel benching, full cooking line with mechanical extraction, grease converter and refrigeration. All bound within a container, allowing ultimate flexibility of location.
MOBILE KITCHEN & DINING ROOMS
This completely mobile Kitchen, designed & built for MB Century, consists of two modular buildings, one being a fully functioning kitchen with cooking, prep space & walk in cool room, the other, a dining room complete with air conditioning.
The two separate buildings join together with hydraulic rams, perimeter rubber seals allow doorways & pass through server hatches to link the two buildings together
All services are reticulated through the walls & floors with an umbilical type cord arrangement to link to temporary service facilities. Designed to fit on a standard road trailer, the buildings can travel to any site nationwide.
MOBILE BAR
Mobile Bars for a variety of different operational requirements can be developed to suit your needs. Incorporating all services, reticulated through the walls & floor, the bar can be set up to meet high volume demands, or provide a more relaxed & formal cocktail bar type arrangement.
Additions to the unit include weather proof awnings, security shutters, platform areas & exterior lighting. Combined with clever branding & external decoration, these mobile units give presence & service.
MODULAR KIOSK UNITS
These modular kiosk units designed for food & beverage sales can work individually or in a group. The beverage units have insulated walls which can either be chilled or hold pre-chilled product. Designed to operate at high demand sites these units are finished with robust & durable materials with high level signage to stand out in crowded situations.
STREETSCAPE COFFEE & MERCHANDISING UNITS
These durable units are designed to live on the high street & take advantage of small sites with high volume passing trade. With all service passing up through the base into a distribution point, the unit is safe & secure. Incorporating commercial refrigerated display equipment, two group espresso coffee machine & biscotti jars, the unit is open for business with a smart black colour scheme & custom graphics to suit.
GLAZED KIOSK
Following on the theme of the streetscape architecture, we have developed a glazed structure to market vending machines in areas where security is still required but presentation & visibility enhance the offer. Giving weather protection as well, the glazed kiosk can be closed & locked with armour plate glazed doors.
NANDO’S TRAILER UNIT
Taking the restaurant out to customers at exhibitions, shows & corporate events, this trailer unit was designed to create the standard Nando’s menu at any location.
BRITOMART COUNTRY CLUB
The Britomart Country Club in downtown Auckland has its entire operation of kitchen, bars, storage & toilet facilities housed in shipping containers, which also act as the perimeter wall. With the entire area covered with lightweight steel structures & awnings, the outdoor feel combined with heating, lighting & music allows an all year round alfresco venue. The clever use of the shipping containers proves how versatile these units are for modular & mobile hospitality use.
