Should the fault be caused by improper installation, improper use, abuse, or if no fault, Southern Hospitality reserves the right to pass any costs including administrative fees back to the company listed above.

 

Definition of Warranty

Any issue resulting directly from faulty or defective materials or workmanship in the building, assembly or testing of equipment prior to being dispatched from manufacturer. This is under the proviso that equipment has been installed and maintained strictly in accordance with OEM instructions in this regard, and is only applicable to works undertaken during normal working hours (no after-hours component to ANY warranty claim).
