Quick Overview

This dual function Prover/Holding Cabinet has an 8 tray capacity and is designed for either individual use or with Turbofan 32D Convection Ovens. It is easy to use with an auto water fill system, internal lighting, side hinged door and cabinet temperature display temperature. It has a temperature range of 20°C to 85°C with dimensions of 735mm W x 810mm D x 914H. It is suited to cafés, restaurants, caterers and more.
