Southern Hospitality Software Upgrade

Here at Southern Hospitality we are implementing a number of changes to our software and policies in order to service our customers more quickly and efficiently.

The primary change that we will be undergoing is an upgrade from our current stock-keeping and accounting software to the more advanced Microsoft Dynamix AX. This will allow for greater integration with other business technology, as well as setting a strong foundation for future technology-centric service improvements.

We believe that this upgrade will offer us real-time accuracy on all of the stock held in our distribution centres. This means that over time, we can build to a point where we have greater efficiency and control regarding how we dispatch customer orders, and combined with our upgraded warehouse processing we will be able to provide customers with their goods quicker and more easily than before.

We expect to operate fairly smoothly and with little interruption over this transformative period, but some changes and challenges are to be expected. Statements and invoices that we send out to customers will be a little different as they are streamlined with the intention of being easier to understand. We will keep you informed as we move through this period of change, and we invite you to offer any feedback on changes in your experience, positive or negative, as we move forward.
